I bought pet insurance for my dog and about 4 months later she tore her ACL. I could never have had the surgery without the insurance and she is currently recovering and so happy. She is very active so living with the injury was painful and would have really affected her quality of life. Filing the claim was easy and whenever I called, the representatives were helpful and professional. Going forward, I will always get pet insurance for every pet I ever own!

What a wonderful pet insurance company. I love being able to easily email the claim form and supporting details and have Nationwide always follow-up quickly. In addition, when our dog unexpectedly had to undergo emergency surgery and passed away, their sensitivity and compassion were remarkable. Love this Company! Henry has allergies from birth and Nationwide's coverage of his appoquil and heart worm and tick and flea protective along with those occasional illnesses is just a life saver. We are semi retired and could not afford these meds without this awesome coverage. We are so thankful for the people who work there, their kindness and the reliability of the coverage....This is our second Dog to be covered and we wouldn't think about anyone but Nationwide! We have also recommended it to many friends....

Earlier this year I noticed a discolored tooth on my dog. It was one of those little things that made me pause but wasnt a rush to the emergency room situation. I called my vet the next day just to check in. Turns out Daisy needed a root canal since the tooth was dead. The tooth one of the biggest in her mouth, so pulling the tooth would greatly affect her day to day. My vet seemed prepared to give me the bad news of how much a root canal would cost. I was so glad to be able to tell them that cost was not my first concern only making my dog better. I scheduled the procedure and had a wonderful doctor who took care of my dog every step of the way. While in surgery more problems were discovered and again I could tell the doctor to do whatever they needed to do. It took about a week for my dog to be back to her old self and now's just as happy as ever. I submitted my claim to Embrace and they did all the legwork tracking dog my dog's history and notes. A week later my claim was paid along with a complete summary of the covered costs. I cannot stress enough how confident I am with Embrace standing behind me. I know that I can take my dog to the vet knowing any problems that might arise can be solved without me stressing about how I will pay for costly procedures. Embrace made everything so simple and I will recommend their services to every pet owner I know.

I did alot of research and this company has the best price for the most coverage. Helpful on the phone and they covered my entire first claim including some last minute tests Lucky needed to make sure he could go under anesthesia.

I wish it didn't cost quite so much since I am retired and live on fixed income, but I want my little Lizzy McBee (toy poodle) to have the very best care that she can have and even though it does cost a little more than I would prefer, I do enjoy have the peace of mind just knowing that if anything does happen to Lizzy that I don't have to worry about if I can afford to take her to the vet and have her get the best care that she can have. And I also enjoy have the well care plan on Lizzy, I know that I can always give her the very best care, and she is such a precious little girl, there is nothing like having the love of this precious little girl. Thank you Nationwide for helping me always be able to give my little Lizzy this care.
