I am very pleased with the professionalism and rapid response of this company.
I am impressed with the way Healthy Paws Insurance works immediately to process your claim. My dog was bitten by a copperhead and had some expensive treatment (that he's totally worth!). The insurance was almost the first two years worth of premiums. The thing is, you hope and pray you don't have any reason to make a claim. But if and when you do, it's nice to deal with a company that is intent on good customer service.

ASPCA pet Insurance is a good healthcare plan.
I'm really glad a good friend enrolled me during my dogs Emergency clinic visit. I had to pay $400 that day without reimbursement. Now when my pet receives her annual Wellness shots/checks and urgent care a great portion of the bill is reimbursed quickly.

Easy to use.
The whole time I have had this pet insurance, I have found use no it very easy since I have the App on my phone. I shared it with the people at my vets office. A few clients over heard me talking about it and asked for the name. I told them if I found it easy to use then anyone could do it

Claim filing process is easy.
I think the claim filing process is very easy. My vet sends me a PDF of my bill, so that is incredibly helpful.
