We we did have to put our policy to use it could not have been easier to work with Healthy Paws Pet Insurance for submitting claims and getting quick responses and reimbursement. Being able to snap pictures of the vet bills with my phone and upload them directly in their iPhone app was amazing and made me wish my own insurance worked this well. It made the whole process less stressful overall because we were able to get our pup taken care of and feeling better without putting us into financial distress.
