It was a piece of mind that I could upload the emergency vet bill from my phone through the app. Then I see they started processing it immediately and I got an email saying that they are sorry my pup wasn’t feeling well. The check came so quick that I didn’t have to stress over having the money. Totally worth the monthly payment.

My curious, chew and eat all 6 months old Labradoodle had a serious food poisoning event, she was in bad shape, constant vomiting, dehydrated, etc. we had to take her to urgent animal care, x-rays, ultrasound, lab work to check liver levels, etc. and she had to stay over night at the hospital for monitoring and to keep her hydrated and with medication through an IV. The bill was over $2,000 and Healthy Paws was great! We just uploaded the bill through the app and within days the claim was processed and approved without hurdles or back and forts. I also had a follow up email on how my dogs was going. We've been with Health Paws for a few years with 2 dogs (both Labradoodles) and we could not be happier with their service.

Since I have just enrolled, I am still trying to determine whether I can recommend Trupanion to others. However, their customer service (phone and chat) has been prompt and responsive.

They have been so pleasant and thorough and I am very happy with their services. I already have recommended their service to family and friends.

Both times I have tried to submit a claim I’ve been rejected. Definitely have to rethink this coverage.
