Always great turnaround time with a response to claims or estimates that I submit. The only downfall is that every issue is treated as its own case and you have to meet the deductible for it.

Always seamless and so glad I chose Trupanion years ago

We have been with Healthy Paws Pet Insurance since 2014. Submitting the claims is so easy, and they are very quick at reviewing and processing the claim. The claim explanations have been very clear and easy to understand. When my dog had significant medical needs, a Healthy Paws even sent a personalized email to check in. That meant a lot!

Even though our premiums have gone up it’s worth having this as we almost lost our pup last year. Figo was friendly, responsive, timely, supportive and allowed us to afford care for our pup Stan that we otherwise would not have. Thank you so much! Without you we wouldn’t have our little guy. Highly recommend!!

PetsBest seemed to have the coverage I needed for my Mastiff/Pit mix pupply and I bought the policy when she was 6 weeks old. I thought I read the policy but apparently did not pick up on the fact they do not pay for many preventative services and well care visits. I was surprised when my claim regarding the spaying of my pup was not covered. This procedure should be covered due to the fact that it prevents many problems in female dogs that would cost far more money in claims later in life. Even Petsmart's puppy plan covers spaying! I am currently re-evaluating my coverage and whether to change to another company.

I submitted an appeal back in November and keep getting emails saying that is is waiting to be assigned to an appeals specialist. I don't understand why this is taking so long.

I debated about getting pet insurance as I had just gotten a new puppy who had no health issues and was not sure if I was going to be wasting my money. Now that I have Domino for almost a year I am so thankful I got it. As we send him to daycare and he is a very social pup he had parasites on and off pretty much since we got him. The medication and visits would have cost us close to a $1,000 but so thankful we ended up getting pet insurance. Submitting claims is super easy and they even call you to follow-up to see how your pup is doing, Super thankful I chose ASPCA
