My cat recently required emergency vet care due to weekend illness and required follow up care for one month. Your website is customer friendly and easy to navigate for forms, claim submittal and follow up. I can't think of any suggestions for improvement.

Healthy Paws is hands down the best
Healthy paws is absolutely the best pet insurance you could purchase. Our dog has had numerous surgeries including two knees, his jaw, and three cancer surgeries. He is also had to have 19 radiation treatments for cancer. Healthy Paws has never denied a claim, paid in a very timely manner, and we could not be more grateful. Without Healthy Paws we would not have been able to afford to take care of our precious family member And get him the services that he needs. He came from a puppy mill and was Miss treated and ended up with a lot of health issues. We cannot think Healthy Paws enough for being there for Bailey and us.

Claims processed within less than a week!
I have a 6 yr old Great Pyr and a 3.5 yr old Great Pyr/Lab mix. One needed his annual shots, the other needed a booster and had a mild skin issue. The total was just over $350. I submitted my claims for each that evening. Within less than a week, both claims had been processed and I received back almost $270! Thank you Pets Best! I have already referred 3 friends to you.

Great Service!
Nationwide Pet Insurance is fantastic! Provides great peace of mind when you know you're covered for just about everything for your pet. Highly recommend , great for preventative measures like teeth cleanings and shots to also emergency care you made need unexpectantly
