Have not had to use the insurance. My pet is very healthy but injures etc could happen at any time. Secure feeling knowing that availability is there.

We've been with trupanion for a long time
We've been with trupanion for a long time and have never had a negative discussion by phone with whomever I've spoken with - am sure everyone working there is a dog lover, as those of us who have this insurance are too - allowed us to keep our previous 2 dogs as long as we could during their medical issues and am so grateful for knowing that our current dogs will be able to get the same care if needed.

The customer service is great!
The customer service is great! You pay for what you say you are going to pay.
And it sure is a great help in expenses for Illness and diseases,possibly the difference in life and death of a beloved pet. Thank you so much! In fact I have added all my pets to Trupanion!
