12 too late
I picked up my 8 week old puppy on Saturday and call to active on Monday morning! Since i didnt call within 24 hours they would not give me free 30 days, or the deal from my breeder! Then i ask to wave the activation fee and they wouldn’t. I am really thinking of looking for other insurance! Not happy with the customer service not to honor this. Its hard getting a new puppy! I plan on keeping insurance thru out the life of my puppy or I wouldn’t have called in the first place less than 48 hours later.

Happy, we have chosen trupanion
We have enjoy knowing that there is a pet insurance company trupanion, that treats their clients as if they were face to face, even though we conduct our claims or other correspondence online. We have enjoy your services and believe or not, our little Chihuahua (Daisy) is happy we chose trupanion as her personal insurance.

My experience
When you take out pet insurance you really hope you never require to use it. Unfortunately things happen and you need it. Thankfully I used Trupanion and between them and the Veterinarian everything was dealt with and I could focus on Indie getting the right treatment and not how was I going to pay for it.
