At first, I was a little concerned that it was going to take up to 21 days to be reimbursed for my claim, but I literally received a response that it was approved the same day and the money was back in my account within 3 days. Very happy and satisfied with this experience! Pets Best covered all but $70 of my Routine Care claim! Saved me a TON of money! Thank you!

I like having the coverage, I feel that it could cover better. I even purchased the wellness coverage. I got a nine week old puppy. You would think it would cover all the immunizations. I understand not the spay. I think you would process claims a little faster too. I never know where my claim is.

Originally, I didn't want to get pet insurance on our two-month-old puppy, but my daughter and my wife convinced me to do so. Now I am glad I did, because the insurance covered a lot of the problems we have faced with our dog. We had two rescue dogs (mostly German shepherds) when "Lola" came into our life. When she entered the front door, she immediately became the Alpha dog. Her chewing has almost stopped. She's left behind a lot of chair rungs half-eaten, numerous dog toys chewed to bits, stuffing out of dog beds, and, yes, even wood chips. She is the fastest dog we've ever had and can run rings around our other two dogs. And, of course, whenever any food drops to the floor, she the first on the scene. She loves to stand five-feet tall on her two hind legs and kiss you. My wife, Cecelia, welcomes her into her bed at night and Lola frequently falls asleep on her shoulder and neck. Despite her many faults, she's a constant source of surprise and happiness to us and we love her dearly.
