We are happy with Nationwide. It is sometimes difficult to understand what is covered and what is not. However, as long as we have Tobie we will have Natiinwide.

Reimbursement is always fair, and timely. Phone staff are always friendly and helpful. I am grateful for pet Insurance! Next month though, I will have to raise my deductible, I’m paying almost $200 a month for my fur kids. Thanks for the service you provide.

You all have been very good about claims reimbursement. Thank yoiu. But I do wonder why it takes 30 days for each claim review.

I no longer worry about how I'll pay for vet visits, nor do I have to put visits off. I don't have to make choices about which vaccines my dog will get and which I can't do. I don't have to attempt to nurse my dog at home. I can allow the professionals to do what they have the education and experience to do and I can afford to pay for their expertise. My dog is healthier and happier for it and I'm not a nervous wreck worrying if I've made the wrong decision for him. I've had Nationwide for 4 years and I've never once regretted the decision. Customer service is great and claims are super-easy. Reimbursement is fast. 5 stars. I recommend it to all my pet-owning friends and family.

I have been a customer since VPI (now Nationwide) pet insurance was first offered and have insured many dogs over the years. The peace of mind alone is worth the cost, but the fact that it has saved and/or extended the lives of a number of my dogs...priceless. HINT: Create an ID tag for your pet that includes "I AM INSURED", your policy number, and Nationwide's toll-free number. If your pet is injured, you are unreachable by phone at the moment, and he/she is wearing such a tag the chances of immediate medical treatment increase greatly.

Quick processing paid more for some things than anticipated but would not pay for prescription again.

Abby had a cyst on her eyelid removed. It has healed well and she seems ok. Cyst has been reduced in size.

The only startling event was the major increase in the annual cost starting with our May 8, 2019 renewed policy. However, as said earlier the confidence and comfort with the insurance versus the high veterinary costs made it worth renewing in spite of the increase.
