Redevelop speed of claim process
I really don’t know...!
Claim should be process from the Vet Clinic to the insurance company, so you guys are receiving the information you guys need. Send the remaining statement to the customer, as oppose to having the customer having to do the processes. It’s NOT 100% coverage and the customer are doing lots of leg work to accomplish a claim.

The initial large claim after surgery took a long time, but the smaller claims get paid pretty quickly.

Buying Healthy Paws Pet Insurance is the smartest thing I have done.
My dog, Grimm has had two Mast Cell Tumors removed and most recently a mystery illness that caused anemia. All this within the last 15 months! Healthy Paws has covered 90% of the costs after my deductible allowing me to make decisions on procedures and testing without the stress of worrying about finances. Respone to claim submitted in a timely matter service excellent !!!!!!
I like the response time in my claim that was submitted....I had and excellent plan for my dog needs
for grooming, you can't find that on any other plan.........Oh! what a relief .........
