It was the best thing I did when I took out the insurance. A Friend had a great plug on Facebook about your insurance and so I thought I would give it a try. Love it and customer service is fantastic.

When something happens with your furry family, you need to and want to focus on the recovery of your pet. You dont need to worry about finances or if you can afford treatment! When I had concerns or questions , your staff was informative and sensitive and caring and knowledgeable. They made it easier to breathe a little easier. I cant say enough...I've only had to use Trupanion a couple of times...and hopefully never again...but if I have to call on you again...I know I will have no worries other than my "Jester". Thank you also for your speedy claim recovery....When all was said and done...and I sent in the TOTAL invoice...I received immediate acknowledgement and then Within 24-48 hours I received notification of coverage of my claim. Thank you again for letting me focus on Jester during this time of concern!!!!!!

Over the past 10 years, I have paid $10,000 - $12,000 in premiums. Trupanion has paid $00.00 in benefits during that time. Trupanion's disallowal of claims renders insurance from this company virtually useless. If it were not for fear that my beloved dog, Cubbie Bear, might contract a fatal disease --ie cancer--I would have cancelled my Trupanion policy years ago!

It SEEMS this pet insurance is expensive, but I don't agree. My doggie (Charlie) is covered for anything he needs. I feel the cost is totally worth it!! I have had ZERO issue with this company (Embrace Pet Insurance). Customer service is very helpful and friendly! The claims process, whether it is for wellness or illness, is super fast and easy to submit claims! The claims are paid quickly and I have the full insurance. I am so happy to have Embrace Pet Insurance! I have submitted claims 3 times (2 for wellness and 1 for illness) and it was taken care of in a very timely manner. I have ZERO complaints and I feel very secure and happy knowing a member of my family is well taken care of in the even of....well...anything when it comes to my doggies health and wellness. I am a licensed insurance agent for people insurance so I am a real person. I highly recommend this insurance for anyone who has a fur child! Thank You Embrace!!

I have had a Figo policy since my dog was a puppy and fortunately, I have never needed to submit a claim. My monthly premium increased due to a new underwriter and I needed to find a way to lower my new premium. I placed a call to customer service and Jade was able to explain the increase to me. After the call, Jade called me back with a solution and was so helpful in showing me options. After increasing my deductible, I was able to continue using Figo and have peace of mind knowing that my pet will receive quality vet care if she has an accident or illness. The process was fast and smooth. I expected long wait time on the phone but got thru quicky and my call was answered with what sounded to me like genuine concern and handle with utmost urgency.
