Very pleased with company and policy!

I got my French Bulldog Sadie at the age of 3 in October 2018. My French Bulldog Bentley now 2 1/2 has had Embrace since he was a puppy. I added Sadie to Bentley’s policy. Sadie went to a Veternary Specialist Hospital in November 2018 to have Spay and upper airway surgery. She was released the next day but we had to take her back 2 days later for not eating, lethargic and reguritating. The unthinkable had happen. She was diagnosed with aspiration pneumonia and esopagitis from surgery and anesthesia. She was hospitalized for pneumonia for 5 days. She had to be readmitted again the next night. for 4 more days. I was an emotional wreak. Sadie is home now and is doing well. I thank Gad and Embrace. Embrace paid her airway surgery claim and all her claims for the aspiration pneumonia hospitalization.

I have had coverage with Nationwide for a couple of years now and have been impressed with how easy it is to do business with them... and in fact often complain to my health insurance company how much easier it is to submit claims! Anytime a friend gets a new pet, I recommend Nationwide as the perfect partner in keeping their fur-baby healthy.

I am very please with the way my claims for Rookie are processed. I really appreciate the option to have payments electronically credited to my account. The claims are being processed quickly and efficiently.

At this point Nationwide is 3 claims behind in payment. Two that were missing information and were resubmitted and one new one - totally three. My payments are not behind and I’d like to be paid more timely.

I do and would recommend Nationwide Pet Insurance to friends and family that own pets. I have piece of mind knowing that I am able to afford to bring my pet to the vet without the worry of not being able to afford it.
