We had a wonderful experience with HealthyPaws. Our dog George had emergency bowel obstruction surgery, which was very expensive. Even though we'd been paying the HealthyPaws premiums faithfully for a year, I had heard horror stories from friends whose pet insurance had found loopholes to get out of paying at the last minute so I was still concerned. But I shouldn't have been! Submitting the claim was really easy and I had the reimbursement check in hand very quickly afterwards. We are so grateful that HealthyPaws was there for us when we needed it and I recommend them to all my friends now.

My dog is feeling much better after getting her antihistamine and shot for allergies. Claim was filed the next day and a check for the full amount came quickly. I have a different insurance for my other older dog...but highly recommend Nationwide!

I definitely have gotten my money's worth out of this insurance. When I had an emergency with my bearded dragon, I was able to rush her to the vet without worrying how much it was going to cost me to get her well.

Nationwide has been providing us great service and quick review and response times. Explanation of benefits are always easy to understand and when I’ve called with a question they were kind, easy to understand in their response and made sense. Claims are easy to processed, reviewed quickly and paid timely when applicable.

Our puppy has been very healthy and we've never had to resort to claims, but we feel he is protected if any serious condition happens.

I'm so grateful for making the investment in pet insurance when I did. When my young, healthy dog unexpectedly got a case of pneumonia, it was such a relief to not worry about the expense and just care for her well being. It was easy to file a claim, and the claim was processed and resolved within a couple weeks.
