After adopting Gingersnap, she was subsequently diagnosed with IBD (Inflammatory Bowel Disease). This diagnosis entailed numerous diagnostic tests, biopsies, blood work, etc. Ongoing treatment requires periodic veterinary visits and blood work as well as daily medication and prescription diets. I have always been happy with your service but your timeliness in processing claims needs to approve. Also if you need something that is missing to process a claim you should reach out to your customers and not via postal mail because that further delays payment while we wait for your letter. Nowadays we can scan/email information over quickly.
