Trupanion insurance is a service all pet owners should invest in for the peace of mind it delivers. We have unfortunately had to use our insurance twice for our little guy Foster and both times have had only the best in service and true compassion from the representative we delt with. During a stressful time, it is comforting to know that Trupanion is there to get your family member back to good health as quickly as possible.

Hannah was super-helpful, patiently explaining exactly how the pre-approval process works. And then she followed up very promptly by email. Also, I submitted the estimate from the vet and the pre-approval form Hannah had emailed to me. I got a reply in less than 24 hours, breaking down exactly what would be covered and whether a deductible would apply. Trupanionâs speedy turnaround time meant my cat got his medical treatment with no delays.
