Thank God that an acquentence suggested I purchase pet insurance when I purchased my Great Dane puppy over 5 years ago. Since I had gone to a very reputable breeder, I doubted I would ever need this insurance, but I got it anyway. AT 8 months old we fell off a balcony. She has had months of all types of therapy, and 4 surgeries.
In additon, she has allergies, and tummy issues and I really need help with her bills. I could never been able to keep my beautiful, sweet puppy, had it not been for my ASPCA insurance.

Avoid
I only had them for a month and then looked elsewhere due to the lack of customer service
I tried calling them two times and waiting over 20 mins the first time and then over 30 mins the second time and NEVER got a person
I emailed multiple times with no response on the matter as well.
I was very frustrated in the amount of time I was wasting just trying to contact someone. Let alone do anything else
I looked more into them and it appears I am not the only one who has been ignored and unable to even reach someone to submit a claim, make changes or anything.
I'm sorry but if you can't answer the people who pay for the service call or reply to emails there really isn't much use for ya.
So now I am going with another provider I found on this website. Hopefully my experience will be better.
