I've had 2 other Claims for Rosie that went very well. The most current one had a lot of complications and had to make several calls and ask the Vet to send in information several times. I finally got Samantha who was GREAT and understood what was wrong and got a supervisor involved and got my Claim reviewed and finalized quickly- Many Thanks to her and the supervisor who got this over the Finish Line!! Better off saving your money yourself…your premiums just increase 30%+ each year even if you have never had a claim and no notification. Next is you have a claim and there is a loophole like your pet was only seen once and not 5 times for the condition. Same ole blah blah blah SHIM SHAM!

This is the slowest, poorly organized company EVER! They have a wonderfully easy claim service followed by PITIFUL WAIT TIME! A month to process claims? Find another company!

I filed a claim before my dog's illness benefits began. Then, I filed three different claims after the illness benefits began and Pets Best denied all four claims stating that it was a pre-existing condition even though his medical records from the veterinarian showed a different diagnosis for the three claims made after the benefits began.

We've had Healthy Paws coverage since we got our dog as a puppy, and have been very grateful for it. Claims are processed quickly and customer service is friendly and helpful. It's been well worth it—our dog had two unexpected health issues last month with bills that totaled more than $15K, and Healthy Paws reimbursed us at 80% making it a much less stressful situation.

I purchased pet insurance when my dog was about 6 months old. He is now 5 years old! I purchase pet insurance for peace of mind with illness or injury. I wanted to be able to provide the best care for my dog when injury or illness has occurred without having to worry about how being able to financially afford. I pay my vet with my credit card, submit my claim and when I am reimbursed I use that money to make a payment on my credit card . So far I have had the peace of mind I was looking for. It is easy to upload invoices through their app. I have even gotten a reimbursement the same day as submitting the claim!

Once I got the system figured out, it has been going very well. A few glitches here and there but better than other insurances I have had. They are much quicker with reimbursement than any other insurance. Customer service has been helpful also.

I cannot recommend Healthy Paws enough. The claims process is straightforward, our reimbursements arrive quickly, and the customer service feels personal.
