We are very pleased with the response to our claims for Harry, our Miniature Schnauzer. We worked with Embrace and our veterinarians to assure we had the information required for our claims. Harry went through some complicated medical issues in his young life and is now a thriving, smart, loving, and happy little boy dog. Embrace responded to our claims and paid promptly. Our pet was diagnosed with brain tumor a few months ago and because of Trupanion and their team, we were able to choose the best treatment available out there for him. Getting the insurance for our pet from Trupanion was one of the best decisions I have made in my life.

Painless
Our New puppy required an overnight stay at the pet hospital which was quite expensive. We had bought insurance with Healthy Paws just a few weeks before the incident. There was no nonsense or making us jump through hoops. They paid the claim in a timely manner with updates along the way. Couldn’t be happier that we chose Healthy paws.

I have insured 4 kittens through Nationwide Pet Insurance; because of this insurance, we've been able to provide and pay for excellent care for them, including compassionate end-of-life care in the worst of circumstances. We currently have 90% coverage with an annual $250 deductible, including wellness visits, which is indispensable when raising a new kitten (checkups, vaccines, medicines, even spay/neuter costs are all covered). I file claims through the VitusVet app, which makes the claims process simple, straightforward, and—most importantly—incredibly fast, and the direct deposit reimbursement means I'm not left waiting for a check in the mail.

Fast Claim Processing Time helps with uncertainty! Tracking the Claim with the online tracker really helps understanding where my claims were. Once approves, checks arrived within a week! Very happy with Nationwide Service. Reccommend!

Simple Claims Process
When my French Brittany Spaniel (Epagneul Breton) got a small thorn in here eye while bird hunting, I knew my decision to buy pet insurance with Nationwide was a sound one. The local canine ophthalmologist provided superb treatment for my bird dog while offering to fill out an fax the insurance claim for me. The process could not have been simpler. The claims were all paid by Nationwide very quickly, and thankfully my French Brittany is back in the field doing what she likes best - pointing and retrieving pheasants and quail.
