My response came quickly, every question was answered, and it seemed like it came from someone that actually cared about my fur babies. It wasn't a general automatic response.

Called prior to filling claim to ask if procedure qualified. They were very prompt,courteous,proffessional. At the end of our conversation they said good luck with my dog and called him by name,and asked me to give him a hug for them. Staff is so caring. They make you feel important and your dog special. Process was all completed including payment within a week. Thank you to Trupanion staff.

Over the years and three dogs, ASPCA insurance has been reliable and responsive. I have never had a problem with a claim. (Wish I could say this about my medical insurance.). I get follow-up calls about how my pet is doing and when one of my dogs passed, they sent a sympathy card and followed up with a call to see how I was doing. This is remarkable insurance and the team at ASPCA is exemplary.

My cat has been suffering from an idiopathic vestibular disorder since he was 3 years old (he will be 9 yo this summer). He's had 2 MRI's, been through 3 neurologists and is now under the care of a dermatologist as they try to determine the cause of this problem. I have Healthy Paws pet insurance for all my 3 boys since they were 8 weeks old, my oldest is going to be 8 in June 2020, and I am so glad i have the insurance, in 2015 my middle one went through ACL surgery and healthy paws covered 90% of $5000.00 in vet bills, and this year my eldest had two mass removal and 1 broken tooth extraction, and covered 90% of $1100.00. Having piece of mind that my boys are covered for any accident, illness or injury is the best part. I always suggest all my friends and family to take Healthy Paws pet insurance. I am truly grateful for HealthyPaws. One of my dogs is a bit of an unlucky fellow. He had a lot of surgeries and other incidents requiring medical attention within the last 3 years.
