Great customer service But communication lacked a bit
I have been pleased with overall service, albeit a little slow processing claims ... but on this claim the communication about needing more information from me was severely lacking. Which really drug the processing of the claim out for a while. I had to contact Nationwide 2 times to resolve. So would appreciate better email communication - more clear direction.

Customer service is stellar
Although we have been waiting a month to hear about a claim a couple of claims that are linked to ones that have previously been approved the customer service we get when we call in is always stellar.
