Embrace is fast to respond. We've had a high volume of vet visits and medications since a mast cell tumor removal 3 months ago. If I call with a question, I get a friendly voice at the other end to help. If I email, I receive a quick and cheerful response. Our claims are processed quickly. Very happy with Embrace.

I really like everything about the insurance and how it works, and claim submissions are really easy. The only issue is that the premiums are so high it doesn't make having the insurance worth it. I don't plan on continuing after the first year.

Our rescue puppy ended up having severe problems with horrible, year round, allergies. Over the years, our Trupanion insurance has made it possible for us to successfully deal with his many complicated issues. Without their help, we could have never afforded the treatments required to keep him healthy and comfortable. We are constantly amazed at the extent of Trupanion's policy coverage. I could not imagine ever finding a better company to work with......every time I've called in with a question the staff is immediately available to help and seriously are the nicest people I've ever worked with. The staff always seems so happy and to love their jobs with Trupanion. That speaks huge about what a great company it is! And as their customers - WE THANK YOU FOR EVERY THING TRUPANION - YOU'RE THE BEST !!

Thanks for helping us out with a portion of our vet bills this year - every little bit helps and it makes me feel more secure knowing that I'll be able to recoup some money in the event my kitty gets sick or hurt. We love them so much and nobody should be forced to make a painful medical decision based solely on lack of funds. Between this insurance from Nationwide and a little kitty savings account fund I've socked money into from the time I got him, I feel pretty confident I'll be able to take care of whatever he may need in the future. The claims process was very easy (really my vet did everything for me, and they didn't complain so it must not have been too bad haha) and one day I got an email from Nationwide saying I had a deposit available waiting for me to claim it. I'll definitely keep this insurance policy for my cat as long as it remains available. I'm very thankful my employer offers this insurance as a benefit, otherwise I may have never really looked into pet insurance. Our experience with Pets Best has been so positive. I have never used pet insurance before but I would highly recommend this company to anyone interested. We unfortunately have had to deal with major health issues with our dog and our claims have always been handled immediately with follow up from this company.
