Good luck getting them to cover anything
Customer service is unhelpful... they will find any way possible to not cover a claim... they denied my claim without doing their due diligence in requesting medical records...
... but they never miss a deadline to debit your account for premiums.

Love this process.
I am a co-owner of a pet. I was originally worried that because the Vet's invoice was in my fiancé's name and my name is on the insurance that the claim could not be filed. However, I was able to chat with a representative and they assured me that I could still file the claim. Being able to take and upload a photo of the invoice made it so incredibly simple. Love, love, love this process!

I wish you had weekend hours, fax machine does not always work. But, other than that WE COULD NOT BE HAPPIER! THANKS!!!!!!!!!
I really wish you had some one available to speak to during the weekend hours. Your fax machine does not always work. Nationwide has been very good to us through going on 4 dogs. We appreciated the support and the birthday cards.
