Straightforward claims process
Very happy with my service. Unfortunately, Luther is on his 3rd surgery, but the process has been very good on every level. Easy claim filing. Easy status checks. No arguing on need of care or price. Very happy with this. I recommend it often to others at work. We have it in our optional benefits plan

Embrace has restored my faith in the insurance industry 100%!
The staff at Embrace are compassionate, caring, and professional. They handled a multitude of invoices and processed all of my claims expediently. They were easy to reach on the phone and via email, and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this company to anyone who may feel the need to purchase pet insurance, I never imagined that my sweet Molly Mae would get hit by a car but it happened! She survived and we are 100% satisfied with the service provided by Embrace!
