We were devastated to lose our Dandelion and we never thought we would have to use Trupanion - that he would live forever. When I called, the person on the phone was SO understanding and SO helpful. Thank you for being there. I don’t regret paying into it all these years. I was hoping that if something HAD gone wrong that we would be able to use the policy. Unfortunately for everyone his illness took him very, very fast. ????
