I chose this score because the representatives from Trupanion have been compassionate and also willing to help with every situation I have had with my dogs. It is nice to know that I can get the best of care because I have the best of insurance.

Working with Nationwide on claims is easy and usually quick turn around. Submission is electronic and payment is as well if you choose. Makes the whole process easy.

Unfortunately my puppy needed urgent back surgery, followed by multiple complications. Pets best insurance was a lifesaver, and they literally were the easiest to work with, the process was very simple and I am grateful I had the insurance! They truly save my puppy!! I highly recommend this company!

My Max is very naughty and eats a million things he should not. He frequently needs to go to the vet and stay overnight in the sog ICU for observation, fluids, meds. The best investment we have made when we were adopted by Punkin

This was the first time using Nationwide's pet insurance. Our gate had been left open and our dog got out and had been hit by a car. It was super traumatic and the vet bills were over a thousand dollars to make sure she didn't have internal injuries, and to get her stitched up. My first attempt at submitting the claim through VitusVet didn't show the correct PDFs with my itemized statement, even though i had attached all of them. After calling and asking why the initial claim was denied, the customer service agent advised me to send the pdfs and resubmit the request via email. After that it was a pretty quick process and was approved in a few days.

I recently adopted a rescue dog. I needed info about Flea & Tick, Heartworm and allergies. My questions were all addressed. I filled out the claims form online and was very satisfied with the turn around.

I have had this insurance on Abbie since the month she came to live with us at 10 weeks. It has always been easy to submit a claim and quick to reimburse. It came in very handy as Abbie was a very active dog and seemed to injure herself often. She was never really sick, until stricken with cancer. Unfortunately Abbie left our home 2 weeks ago and we are heartbroken. Some day we will welcome a new Ridgeback to our home and we would never be without your insurance for them!
