Awesome service and quick reimbursement
Am so grateful I chose Healthy Paws when he was a wee one. They made focusing on my pups health easy as claims were handled quickly and efficiently so I did not have to worry.

The Insurance itself is very good.
I have a problem with the submitting of claim forms. Especially when I see I have done everything and then I find I am missing an invoice or a claim form and having to resubmit again is very time consuming. I am also having problems understanding your claim form website and sometimes I cannot even get to it. I still feel that I have not been reimbursed for flea and tick as the bill is not broken down as to what was paid. The payment is a limp sum figure.
This my gripe. Sorry

Quick and easy
Overall a very good company with good coverage at a reasonable price. My only wish would be if they were to have their own app for making claims instead of using a third party. Would be nice to have the ability to not only submit a claim (what it currently does) but to also check on its status as it works through the process. Otherwise, very happy with the plan and service.
