Starting out I was not sure the service was going to be very good. We have an older mix breed rescue and have only had a couple small claims thus far. It took a few emails and reviews to get the insurance started but at this point we are happy with the results and the correspondence is wonderful. Our rep gets right back to us.

My dog had his ACL cleaned up ( once they got in, he didn't need the full ACL) I submitted my claims which including physical therapy and in a week, I had payment. I've had several claims with your company and you always pay right away. If I call, you are very caring and helpful. I made the right choice to have you as my dogs insurance provider. While our recent health issue was with our dog, this insurance has been great for all of the pets in our family. There is good communication from the time you file a claim to resolution. The communication is clear and they do a great job working with our vet office too. I am very pleased.

Having this Nationwide policy has been a true life-saver! We expectantly had two major issues with our Abbe and having this support took the worry out of the experience (wondering how I would pay for the issues). I would however, like to see the claims be processed more quickly. It is difficult to wait for the return to then pay off the credit card this was charged to. I am finding that I am getting finance fees because the check isn't processed more quickly.

Company does not fully disclose the fact coinsurance is charged before deductible is fulfilled. Over the last year there have been three claims that coinsurance was charged in addition to the deductible. If this process had been clearly communicated in pre sale marketing material, this policy would have not been purchased. This process only increases policy owners out of pocket expense before the deductible is fulfilled.

I had to call in and change payment information and the lady I spoke with was very friendly, answered all of my questions, and was very easy to talk to.
