Over the years that I've had a Trupanion policy, I have seen tremendous improvement overall with customer service representatives. More knowledgeable about the issues, able to directly answer questions, courteous and professional. Trupanion has continued to improve in all areas.

I’m very satisfied with Nationwide EXCEPT there should be payment for medications. Brody has allergies & it costs a lot for Apequel, etc. please reconsider paying for meds. Otherwise I’m happy. Payment is prompt!

Ease of submitting a claim for Gracie, and the speed of processing a claim, including the ability to quickly and easily get reimbursed are much appreciated nd why you folks have earned 10 paws cross the board for customer service.

My dog, Ranger, had to have close to a $5k Surgery this October. As a recent college graduate, there was no way I could’ve afforded that surgery on my own! Thank goodness for Nationwide Pet insurance!! I received 90% reimbursement nearly 2 days after I submitted the claim. WOW!

My dog was almost 10 when I signed up with Healthy Paws but I am so glad I did. Not very many pet insurances would take older dogs. He turns 15 in January and is now having many health issues and problems so recently I have been reimbursed for his claims. What a big help for all the costs exceeding normal costs. When you have extensive tests costs involving your vet, vet specialists, additional blood tests, ultrasounds, etc etc. I was so glad to have Healthy Paws by my side. I don’t know what future will bring, maybe my little one can live an additional 1-2 more years. He does have cysts by his pancreas and kidney and has cushings disease so is on a special diet now. Luckily I believe cysts are slow growing but specialist will watch this and I am so fortunate to have Healthy Paws. I may not have done all the extensive and further testing If I did not have pet insurance. Healthy Paws is truly worth the peace knowing what’s hurting your little one. Their customer service is excellent, payment reimbursement fast and truly worth the monthly insurance costs. I’d recommend this insurance to anyone looking for out of the ordinary care expenses.
