Great coverage and piece of mind
We have had Embrace for a few years now and have been very satisfied. We have coverage for our cat and have had to submit illness claims on a few occasions for recurring stomache issues. Embrace covered everything, including fluids, pain med and anti nausea injections, no questions asked. Its great to have peice of mind when our pet is sick, knowing that caring for him wont be a finacial burden. Each time Embrace acknowledged receipt of my claims within a couple of days and processed the claim checks within a month. And they are always very courteous and professional in their communications.

Very Professional and Helpful
Both our dogs have Embrace Insurance and we also opted for their Wellness Rewards program. When learning of the higher than expected cost of neutering our large breed dog, I called to see if we could upgrade our rewards program (even though renewal was not for a few more months) in order to absorb some of the cost. The service representative was extremely helpful and professional and took time to completely explain all details. Thanks to Embrace, we recouped an extra $50 back from the overall expense. They also made me aware when my email program was bouncing back their email updates to me about reimbursements. These people are a pleasure to deal with!

So far ..Embrace takes the cake
My dogs have been relatively healthy so I haven't placed in 'many' claims. From what I have, I have had no issues and always quite pleased with the return.I love that they will pay for alternative methods as I see a holistic vet.

Typical Insurance Co, OK but not impressed either
We've had insurance with them for a few years and only had to do a couple claims which were covered partly but was little disappointed in the amount back, and service. They give you textbook answers but I would like to get more covered for the money.
Biggest thing I didnt like is that they arent a part of ASPCA which I understand becuae no profit cant sell it but they basically became partners w them to change their name and reputation. Like aspca but wish they would just partner with an established co that holds their own.
As someone who used to work in insurance,I understand they cant cover it all, but we are switching to Trupanion this year to see if we like better.

Very happy with service.
I was very happy with the results of our most recent claims. We ended up with two different veterinarians in less than 6 hours and we're a bit afraid we would be denied the second claim but it was going to the second vet that saved Gabe's life.

2 claims in a week
Our 1 year old dog ended up getting very sick was in vet hospital for 2 nights, came home for 3 days and the same thing just not as bad. Went back in for a day. Resulting in over 1200 dollars in billing. Thank you embrace for rewarding our claims. Resulting in us getting back over 800 dollars that we wouldn't have without pet insurance.

Professional and Easy
The vet staff actually completed their portion of the claim form incorrectly. I realized this, and sent an email to Embrace. The next day I was emailed back, my claim was approved, and shortly afterwards I received a check in the mail. We are so happy we have pet insurance for our three dogs. We rescued a greyhound this year, and she had taken full use of it! We would be lost without this coverage.

Great coverage & staff!
Fairly quick claim turn around and wonderful helpful staff when you call not to mention fast replies when I emailed with questions. I couldnt be more pleased with my choice of Embrace for Maggie so far! When my vet asked who I use for pet insurance I was happy to give them the Embrace website info.

essential
I have a new puppy and right away put her on a health insurance plan. Thankful I did because she had an injury and aspca came right threw with protection. Our pets become part of our family and like os and our children get sick, have accidents and need wellness care. We put health insurance on the rest of our family why on earth would we not put it on our loved pets as well!

Very personal and wonderful customer service
So far my experience with Embrace has only been positive. Fortunately we haven't run into anything major with our dog, so we haven't experienced that coverage fully ... but the illness claims I have submitted toward deductible have all be handled efficiently and I'm pleased with the process!
The thing I love about Embrace over the last year is that they are so kind, considerate and professional! You know that it's a real person you're communicating with and not some client-service "drone" :)
I love Embrace and highly recommend it to any one looking for pet insurance!
