I have already recommended you to friends and family. This is my first claim so I’ve not had to use this insurance until now. However, I have friends that have been with Trupanion for years and have said nothing but good things about your company and the service and how you have been fair in handling claims.

Our 11-year-old Jack Russell Terrier (Buddy) came down with acute Peritonitis. It came on suddenly and he was extremely sick. He had to spend two nights in the hospital Iv’s, meds, etc. Two weeks later he had another episode not as sever. Healthy Paws claims process is so easy all we had to do is email the itemized invoice from the provider to Healthy Paws Claims that was it. We received emails to confirm they received our claim and were issued a claim number. They informed us of each stage of claim process. The bottom line is within 7 working days we received over $4,000.00 in reimbursements. In addition, they sent out letters to check on buddy’s progress so we give them 5 Stars!
