Very pleased. Have had your insurance for years and its helped. Not many people think about insurance when their dogs are young. When they get older it seems to happen suddenly. I recommend insurance for every pet owner.

Getting Trupanion insurance for my dog was one of the best things I have ever done. You have save my babies life. You have paid out far more than I have paid you. I have never seen an insurance as good at taking care of us as you are. I receive direct deposit within a couple of day after my vet turn in my paper work. Even my vet is amazed at haw good you all are. She had put out your infor in her office. Thank you so much, I am so glad I found you.

I was surprised to learn Teddy's vet bills for his stomach condition were not covered. From what I read prior to signing up they would bd covered.

Trupanion Gives me peace of mind
Very quick to respond and to reimburse for part of our claims. The three claims were all related however, so I had expected to be compensated a bit more. Trupanion is very professional and courteous in what are often stressful times at the vet. Thank you.

You were so helpful at a very difficult time for me. My mom had the policy for our dog in her name. She passed away recently and you helped me transfer the policy to me with ease and I really appreciated the help. My dog is still covered without a lapse in her policy. Thank you!
