Healthy paws made the insurance process so easy for me in such a overwhelming and emotion time. I 100% recommend this company.

Healthy paws made filing and submitting a claim very easy to do within their app in such an emotional and overwhelming time. Their customer service was excellent every time i called. The reimbursement did not take that long to process. I feel very grateful to have had healthy paws during this process due to the large amount of bills i was going to be left with. Excellent service

I've had Nationwide Pet Insurance for two dogs at different times since 2004. I've never had issue with being reimbursed and the customer service has always been excellent.

This pet insurance stresses me out

Its frustrating how difficult it is to get reinforcements and how long it takes to hear back after you put in a claim. Not to mention after one year you're going to raise our monthly payment.

I was pleasantly surprised

I was pleasantly surprised how quickly my claim was paid and deposited in my account. After really looking over the other insurance companies (I am eligible for AKC and AARP) I am so glad I chose Pets Best. I told my vets office how fast I was paid. Thank You!

Refunded within 4 days

When I got my invoice from my vet I downloaded a copy onto my computer and all I had to do was login to pets best and go to start a claim, I then added the invoice in and filled out a few simple questions and I was done. I got my money refunded back to me within 4 days of the visit with the vet! and an email the next day explaining to me what and why they were giving me back what they did.

Fantastic insurance company

Fantastic insurance company, pay the claims quickly, when I call great customer service. I tell everyone about you, especially my vets office. People complain about how much the vet is, I tell them you need Pets Best. Thank you for helping to take care of my Dexter.

Straight forward claim process — payout amounts are varied

All in all an okay company. Customer service was positively responsive and my claims were processed on an average of 10 business days. Payouts for treatments covered varied though and was left paying a hefty portion out of pocket for some emergency treatments. A trip to the emergency vet last month cost $2200 and we received half of that back. Not sure if this is standard but deafly was a hit
