Proving not prior condition was a pain at the outset and the occasional improper denials (saying no receipt or the a PT visit was diagnostic) all reversed also a pain but a lot better than dealing with Blue Cross

We've had a few different pet insurances over the years with our dogs and I have to rate Healthy Paws the best as far as customer service, ease of claim process, amount of coverage and promptness of reimbursement. 10 paws all the way!

My Havanese has constantly been fighting ear infections.
My Havanese has constantly been fighting ear infections. Recently it was suggested that perhaps flushing the ear to clean the deepest part of the ear canal would help her. I braced myself for a large expense when I agreed. Trupanion came through once again with significant coverage. I am so grateful I invested in this coverage.
