Delay Delay and more Delay
I had a very difficult time to try to get reimbursed on my dog's claims. Nationwide stated he claims never received even though I had someone assisting me. We had to try numerous times to have the claim/questionnaire sent from the Vets to Nationwide. Delays delays and more delays.
Nationwide requested information about my dog before he was even born! My dog was at the breeder from May 2019 to December 2019. They insisted on information about him when he was weeks old! I didn't own him then. sigh.
I would highly recommend Michelle Santos for monitoring the claim/questionnaire. If it was not for her, I'd still be waiting.

So grateful for the security of Nationwide insurance
I am just so grateful to have the security of Nationwide and its reach and reputation behind my pet insurance. There have been several times that my dog had emergencies and Nationwide has been amazing at supporting the care he received!

Absolutely worst
Had multiple claims take over a month to get back. But I paid every month on Automatic pay so they get their right away.
The fact they want medical records almost every time for a Lyme or season allergies issues is pathetic!!! And I still don’t have a refund for outstanding claim. Both me and my vet had fax over multiple times and I had my vet on my cell and Hartville on my work phone just to make sure they had. It’s pathetic

I believe that our pets deserve better care than in the past.
I believe that our pets deserve better care than in the past. By having insurance some situations can be less burdensome for owners ,less pets will be euthanized.

Very satisified
We are very pleased with the professionalism of all the customer service reps, their attentiveness and helpfulness. The coverage and responses to all claims have met all my expectations. I am very happy that We chose ASPCA for our coverage and have expanded that for our new addition as well.

Exellent customer service
We've had Healthy Paws insurance for a couple years, but gladly haven't had to use it until now. We were so lucky to have Healthy Paws help us through an unexpected emergency surgery for our cat. They've been courteous, responsive, and even sent a sweet card in the mail.
This company goes above and beyond for you and your pets.
