Our investment in Trupanion came through
The website made it extremely easy to upload my scanned receipt and file a claim all in one. Then the veterinary hospital filed the next one for us. Trupanion sent timely notifications throughout so we didn't spend much time fretting about that when we had other things preoccupying us, namely concern for our dog's surgery results. It was the first time since we signed up over ten years ago that we made a major claim for what turned out to be a minor surgery. Our "investment" came through. Definitely worth it! Surprisingly simple claims process
It was much easier than I was expecting. Claim form was simple and the claim checks were automatically deposited into my bank account.

Kudos to Amanda from trupanion!
Amanda was an amazing customer service rep for trupanion. I actually sent an e-mail to her supervisor (Jake.bennett@trupanion.com), but it was returned. I would be happy to send it again with a correct e-mail. Because Amanda was such an awesome rep, I didn't bother checking with any other pet insurance provider. She answered every question and provided sound advice/information. She's a gift to your company.

The service was kind and I worked with pre-approvals that were returned to me in a day.

I got to take amazing care of my dogs and know I did all I could for them.
I tell all my friends they are doing a disservice to there pets if they don't have Trupanion.
We are now going to start chemotherapy on my golden retriever.
I want to thank Trupanion from the bottom of my heart.

The Best Pet Insurance on the Market
I have had a wonderful experience with this company from day one. They are so easy to deal with, extremely friendly and helpful as well. I work in a Veterinary Office and I always refer customers that are looking for insurance to ASPCA Pet Insurance.
