Although I have yet to submit a claim I have had a few snags being late with my premium. I have called and been able to push it a few days later and the people are EXTREMELY Kind and Understanding. They have been helpful about answering questions and don't don't feel they judge or rush me. The kindness shown by Trupanions employees leads me to believe they are an honest company and the people who work for them believe in what they're doing. While it's not the cheapest company I came across, they were recommended by my Vet, whom I respect a great deal and from my research, Trupanion is reasonable and easily worked into my budget. With the experiences I have had so far, I feel confident when I do need to file a claim, Trupanion will be there for me.

Love Healthy Paws
Healthy Paws has been amazing! My 1-year old dog has had a few episodes of GI issues that required a lot of testing - and it was so easy to submit my claims and reimbursement was fast! I am so pleased with the service and support!

I moved 9 months ago and recently updated my address and my rate went down.
I moved 9 months ago and recently updated my address, and my rate went down. I was told I couldn’t have credit for all the months since moved. I offered to send a copy of my closing date on house we bought. I was told that’s against policy. If I can’t get credit I will look into switching companies. Horrible policy.

Contact anyone at Trupanion. The lady that took my call was so nice and seemed to have a genuine concern that my Cooper is having some issues. Good customer service is so important and I was very happy with the call.
