Nationwide pet insurance is great! I wish my own health insurance was this good!

Best decision I've ever made
I decided to get insurance for Kaya after a scary incident that cost thousands of dollars. We met our deductible within the first month (for an unrelated illness), and have felt safe ever since. The ease of submitting a claim is unlike any other insurance I've had.

So fortunate to have found nationwide pet insurance
I've never had a pet before and I had NO idea how $ it was. Nationwide is the only way I am able to keep him- I could not afford 100% of vet visits out of pocket. I am also so thankful for a SUPER easy claim process, and (so far) helpful customer service), AND that it's payroll deductible. AND helps cover WELLNESS costs!

Does not cover anything and have to redo claims 10 times to get anywhere
Horrible. Customer service gives me the run around every time and never the same answer to the same question. They also do not seem very knowledgeable. Claims have to be redone 10 times bc there is always something missing even though I give them exactly what they ask for just to have them deny the claim and ask for something different. In the end it never really covers much bc the people paying out the claim are the same ones coding it.

Thoughtful and caring service
