Wellness claims for Golden puppy
Our experience has been great so far with our new puppy. We have only used our Wellness benefits so far and hope to keep it that way! The Embrace team has been very helpful in communicating the status of our claims and answering our initial questions about claims processing. The Wellness benefits have been helpful in budgeting our costs with a new puppy. We've never had pet insurance before but have had goldens in the past and thought we would see if the insurance helped this time around.

Worth Having! Got my $$$ worth!
We adopted a rescue 5 yr old weimaraner in November. Almost 3 months after we had him, he got some bumps under his skin. Our vet suggested a biopsy and they turned out to be cancerous cells! The poor thing had to have surgery. It was about $1400 which insurance paid $800 (after $100 deductable). I was relieved I had insurance. It has also been a life savor for our cat (who recently passed). X-rays typically run $300 so to have insurance pay 80% is really worth it! I always tell people my animals have better insurance than me! $100 deductable with 80% reimbursement is a great insurance plan! I wish blue cross blue shield provided the same coverage!

Embrace Hugs My Annie
As always, the response from the staff was courteous and professional. I had a difficult time faxing my claim, guess the machine is getting old, so after 2 tries, they suggested scanning and emailing the paper work. Success.I recommend Embrace to anyone that is seeking pet insurance. It is a worthwhile investment in a very important member of my family.

Great Service
Embrace has provided great coverage for a very reasonable price. The most remarkable part is their clear prompt processing of claims and the timely explanation of coverages. Truly a remarkable level of personal care and attention in today's impersonal insurance world. A great value.

I think this is an outstanding service
Make sure all your dates fall within the policy period. I was one day early on one of my vet appts and it was not covered. However, the remaining visits were.

Wellness
Although this was just a wellness (heartworm pills etc) and not an illness, I was impressed with the quick turn around on receiving the check.

They cover everything, including prescriptions
They are thorough and want proper documentation, but as long as all your ducks are ina row, the coverage in exactly what they say it will be.

Everyone needs pet insurance
I've had ASPA pet insurance for 3 years and swear by it. My boxer is very prone to getting himself hurt and sick. I got my dog in college and would have been completely broke without it. When my dog got heartworm the heartworm preventive provider said they wouldn't help us pay for the expensive treatment. Thankfully our Level 3 APSCA coverage helped us pay for most of it with no problem or questions asked.

Peace of mind with this insurance
I decided to purchase pet insurance after Ivy, one of our tabby cats, ran up her favorite tree and slipped off, suffering a badly broken leg. The ER and vet bills were steep, but we paid up because Ivy is a member of our family.
Since then Ivy has used up a couple more of her "lives" requiring ER visits and ongoing veterinary treatment. On each of those occasions, I submitted her bills to ASPCA and have been very satisfied with their response and reimbursement.
I highly recommend this insurance for anyone who loves their pets and doesn't want to be faced with a tough decision about their care options in the event of accident or illness.
