Glad I made the decision
I have never had pet insurance before and I am very glad I made the decision to do so when we purchased two Olde English bulldogs. Our male swallowed a toy and had surgery which also led to an emergency stay over the weekend. Pets Best took care of everything the policy stated in a timely manner. They sent emails regarding the status of the claim and money was direct deposited as promised. Thank you

I have a happy poodle thanks to Nationwide.
Thanks for your prompt payment of Chloe's two claims. The skin allergy is all better now. She has had rattlesnake aversion training and now with the anti-venom shots she will be well protected. I still keep an eye out for snakes but she learned quickly that they are "bad things" and to stay away.

Highly recommended
My little to Ava had an extreme intestinal issue and I was in need of taking him to that on an emergency basis. They gave us medicine and an injection came home within days of course he was perfectly well this is never happened to him before so I was very concerned the claim was sent in by my that directly to pets best and it was addressed ASAP. I totally appreciate and highly recommend pats best to everyone. Thank you

Awesome
My dogs have had a lot of issues lately and Figo has taken good care of them. Paid our claims very quickly. It’s so stressful when your furry members aren’t well and Figo has come through.
