Easy and user friendly
You make submitting claims very easy and user friendly. Response was basically immediate, Took a little longer to process than expected but you did email me and let me know that you were processing more claims than normal at the time.

I've always had perfect customer service with Trupanion.
I've always had perfect customer service with Trupanion. I have my 4 kitties insured. I have never needed to file a claim in 3 years. Yet, I've heard from others the time of turn around and payment is quick. I may be filing my first claim soon.

So happy I have Nationwide
Nationwide is my first experience with pet health insurance and I will never use another one. The ease of applying, filing claims, and the prompt review and payment within 30 days is fantastic! In my over 2 years experience with Nationwide as my dog's insurer, there has only been one claim that was sent back to me for more information, and it was legitimately my error when I filed it. I gathered up the information, faxed it over, and the claim was reprocessed within days.
I truly can't recommend a better pet health insurance company!

Once I got myself on the electronic system, things worked like a charm
The insurance is expensive unless you are using the benefit often like we are. Captain Jack has pancreatitis and is on meds and regular visits to the vet. The insurance helps with the cost.

Peace of Mind
I love having healthcare for my girl. It gives me such peace of mind knowing that I can give her the best possible care and not worry as much about the financial part. The claims are fast and easy, completely stress free. I'm very happy with Nationwide and if or when I get another pet I will 100% be insuring them with the company.

It is nice to know that when unexpected accidents or illness happen that you have help in paying to take care of your pet.
This is the second German Shepherd that I have insured. Each claim that I have filed has been paid in reasonable time. Everyone I have dealt with has been professional and pleasant.
