From frustration to totally calm! Thank you Adam Altman!

I was totally frustrated and ready to cancel Gracies pet insurance policy. That is until I had spoken to Adam. He spoke to me in a clear , comforting easy to listen to voice and explained everything on filing a claim to me. He answered all of my questions and made sure that I understood how to file a claim and how Fetch ins. Works. Adam had calmed me down. So instead of canceling my pet ins., I am staying with you. Pleasantly Surprised

The process for filing a claim was fast and easy. I wasn't expecting it to be easy at all. I was pleasantly surprised that I got no weird exceptions or red tape. I am definitely happy that I kept my monthly payments up especially as my cat is 12 years old,
