Disappointed
I guess it was my fault for not reading the small print on the agreement, but I was very disappointed that none of my over $700 for neutering & medication was covered. And it felt like a slap in the face to get an email within days telling me the price of my monthly premium was going up. I am rethinking this monthly expense .

Trupanion is fast, very helpful over the phone, and it's easy to fill out an online claim form. Our dog is a sick boy, and it is so comforting to know that Trupanion is there to help us with some pretty big vet bills.

Truepanion has been so helpful in submitting claims. I just go to the app and snap a picture of the invoice and submit it and in a couple of days I get reimbursed.
