Tilly had been struggling with a drug resistant bacteria in her left ear for a year. We had already done a surgery to remove the top part of her ear canal, in the hopes that it would make her ear issue easier to treat. After several more months of treatments and struggle, we needed to remove her entire inner ear. The surgery was tough, and her recovery was long but we got through it. The easiest part of the process was filing for reimbursement. We had an answer on coverage within 24 hours, and we also received a follow up email checking in on Tilly. We have had nothing but positive experiences in the 2 1/2 years we’ve had Healthy Paws. Although we’ve never needed it for our other pup, it’s a comfort simply knowing that it’s there, and that we can be assured of superior customer service. I am so impressed with Trupanion. You get what you pay for in their case. Submitting claims is so easy and response times excellent. Updates are provided every step of the way. My cocker had to have his back knee rebuilt basically..... thank goodness i had insurance!! they do not cover the actual office visit fee, but everything else yes. Will not be giving this up. Thank you for your excellent service.
