I've been completely pleased with my pet insurance. The claims are easily completed, the payment is prompt. My two cats are important to me, as is my own peace of mind.

My dog Kamo got sick about 2 weeks ago and had to go to the emergency vet for care. Once Kamo was released, a claim was submitted to Healthy Paws. Unfortunately the vet forgot to include the doctor's notes. Healthy Paws contacted the vet's office and got the information. They processed the claims within days. Secondly, they sent a follow up email to check on Kamo. Great customer service. I recommend them to anyone with a four legged family member. :-)

Our first claim with Healthy Paws was really worry free. Great service. Everything handled promptly. Glad we did the research and selected this insurance for our dog.

Our little Yorkie, Rocky had a really hard time with pancreatitis. He had to be taken to our regular vet. four different times and then to the emergency vet and a specialist. Trupanion has been wonderful paying for the services we had to have to help Rocky. I would highly recommend this insurance.

Nothing hidden. I get back for every 100 dollars 90. Who is going to beat that? Claims are easy. People answering the phones are the best. I couldnt of saved my pet without this insurance. I will never own a pet without it.

Embrace was provided our claim via our vet for Reilly, my Boykin Spaniel. We brought him in for this annual checkup and evaluation. Our vet did the filing for us and we received a proper notice of our claim and acceptance for payment.

Before I had ASPCA insurance for my cats, I had had VPI (whose deductible was $50 per incident per year) and then Pets Health (whose deductible was the same as ASPCA's, but they never paid ANYthing.With ASPCA insurance, I have policies that actually are worth something to me - and to my cats, especially now that I am retired and on a fixed income. One of my most recent issues was with my 14-year-old Siamese cat, Jontue II. In the course of three vet visits during approximately three weeks, I had spent over $900 on his care, including euthanasia at the last visit. My payments from ASPCA totaled more than two thirds of my costs. I am happy to say that my new kitty, Jontue III, has now been signed up for ASPCA insurance, along with his aunt and uncles. Have not had a major claim so far. Wellness coverage claims have been submitted and handled quickly and to our satisfaction.
