We LOVE Nationwide Pet
We have had VPI/Nationwide for 7 years now and we LOVE it. Our dogs seem to be accident prone, and it puts my mind at ease knowing that they have insurance coverage, which allows us to never think twice about getting them the care they need due to cost. We are always reimbursed in a timely manner and the customer service is fantastic! Highly highly recommend to everyone!

Amazing customer service. By far the best.
From the first day I signed up for this insurance the people have been beyond helpful and amazing. They’ve helped me in everywhere possible from questions to quick response time. When we first filed the claim for nova, it took them within the hour to email me back about her claim being processed. I figured it would take a few weeks to receive the money back but nope I was wrong it took only about a week! Amazing. I’ll keep this insurance for the duration of our babies lives and every pet after ward! Awesome company!

So far so good
So far we haven’t had any issues. Still pretty new to the insurance. With it we are much less likely to not get an injury looked at because of worry of cost.

Covered medication ordered online
I purchased medication on allivet.com and they contacted my vet who filled the order and had it shipped to me. Once I received the medication I went on PetsBest.com and submitted a claim for my pet, the medication I purchased, the date of and the amount I paid. I then uploaded a copy of my receipt from Allivet and submitted the claim. Pets Best gave me a window date of when the claim would be in process then completed. Sorry I do not have specific dates.

So glad I have this insurance.
I was hesitant at first to get pet insurance. I am so glad I did! Nationwide has made it very easy to file claims and they pay exactly what they say they will pay very promptly.

I tell everyone
Pet's best has been with me through the loss of three of my pets. They even paid for the cremation and box. They sent me wonderful Sympathy cards for each pet I lost. They have been great with my one remaining cat Sylvester that had to have his leg amputated. I could not have been able to afford that surgery without Pet's Best. I tell everyone about them.

we Wouldn’t be able to do rehab without Nationwide.
Nationwide is an excellent resource. Anatole is moving his back legs because Nationwide is covering his rehab costs.
