I feel that the premium increases of about $10-20 per year are kind of high for a healthy dog. I am considering moving my insurance elsewhere despite everything to get a lower premium.

Love this insurance. I have both plans for full coverage. Submitting claims is easy and claims are processed quickly. I especially like the caring nature of those on the vetline and the emails following up on my fur-baby's health.

It was a quick, simple process. I was reimbursed exactly what I expected based on my policy. Money was deposited into my account 48 hours after filing the claim.

We purchased this insurance in the middle of last year and are so thankful we did! One of our Australian Shepherds jumped a wall of about 25 feed and broke both front legs. The Embrace reps I spoke to on the phone were very helpful. There was a lot of back and forth but that's because the Vet filled out the wrong from. But the Embrace telephone reps fixed everything and sent me the reimbursements. Thank you fpor your assistance.
