Healthy Paws is the BEST
I was a new pet owner when I enrolled our beloved French Bulldog in Healthy Paws pet insurance. Over the past few years, she has experienced some health problems. If it had not been for Healthy Paws, I would be BROKE! Every claim is answered immediately and the payment is received sometimes within a week. She had a pricey (and scary) surgery last week and Healthy Paws has already responded to the claim and I anticipate reimbursement any day. In addition, the Healthy Paws team is always responsive, friendly and kind. I have a new baby (an Australian shepherd) and have enrolled her in Healthy Paws as well.

Fetch has been GREAT!
We have always had a positive experiences with Fetch and their customer service! We have both a dog and a cat that like to get into trouble from time to time, and Fetch has always made the claims submission process easy and efficient. Would definitely recommend their services to anyone and would encourage you to give them a call and see what plan works best for your furry family member!

Pleasantly Surprised!
I think most people that have dealt with any kind of insurance are skeptical of insurance companies overall. Admittedly, I was, too. Fetch has proven to be the outlier. Theyve been fabulous! Theyve covered all the crazy illnesses my kittens have managed to get. The first claim was denied, but I appealed with more info, and it was approved. Claims process is super easy, and money lands in your account same day.

From frustration to totally calm! Thank you Adam Altman!
I was totally frustrated and ready to cancel Gracies pet insurance policy. That is until I had spoken to Adam. He spoke to me in a clear , comforting easy to listen to voice and explained everything on filing a claim to me. He answered all of my questions and made sure that I understood how to file a claim and how Fetch ins. Works. Adam had calmed me down. So instead of canceling my pet ins., I am staying with you. Adam is definitely an asset to Fetch Pet Insurance. Thank you so much Adam.
