Nationwide has been absolutely phenomenal if only my own health benefits were as great as our puppy Sammie's! Their claims process is seamless and have ensured our puppy, Sammie, has remained healthy and happy by reimbursing all of our claims! He is a Samoyed puppy and has been sick a few times as well as bit by another dog at daycare. We feel so safe knowing we are able to run him to the vet at anytime to make sure he is okay without worrying about a huge bill! We appreciate Nationwide and the service they have provided us and Sammie it has been invaluable. Thank you thank you thank you! Nationwide is on Sammie's side!!

My Nationwide Pet Insurance policy for Molly went into effect 2-1-17, on 2-14-17 she began to throw up. Took her to the vet......2 days later she was having emergency surgery! I filed my claim and crossed my fingers. In rapid turn around time everything except a few cans of dog food out of the $903.51 final cost was either reimbursed or went towards my deductible!! My deductible is a reasonable $250. I could not be more impressed or pleased with Nationwide!!!! Excellent customer service, quick turn around time for claims and excellent coverage. I almost waited another year to even start the policy-so glad I did not. You never know what could happen. Molly is only one and a half years old.

Response time for repayment is great! Claim was submitted and a reimbursement check was received within a week (maybe less). The online account access is easy to use and has great resources. The cost of the insurance is very reasonable. Very satisfied with Nationwide.

my puppy is only 5 months old and I have had Nationwide whole pet plus wellness insurance from day one. knowing my breed of dog is prone to certain issues. Thousands in vet bills already reimbursed, no questions asked. Checks arrive in mail in a timely fashion, about 2 weeks. Pet insurance is best decision I have ever made and I never have to worry about my dog not being able to get the best possible care. I recommend Nationwide to everyone I know that has pets. With suddenly getting a new kitten for "free" I knew I would want the most comprehensive plan possible for my kittens first year of life, and the Whole Pet with Wellness Plan has done exactly that! I am now planning to insure my older cat so I can rest assured that both of my cats can get the care they need at a reasonable price.

I recently had an issue where my dog had a ruptured disc in his neck, I didn't realize dogs got such a thing! it took several visits and tests but they finally diagnosed him with c4-c5 disc rupture. He was in a lot of pain and was having trouble walking and moving. He had the surgery and he is almost back to normal. I am so thankful that I signed him up!

I believe that three people have bought Trupanion policy since I have shared my experience with trupanion, you guys are amazing excellent, excellent customer service. Definitely an asset!

One thing is if the coverage can cover the taxes also. That would be great!!
