This Is The First Time I'Ve Purch...
This is the first time I've purchased insurance for one of my pets. I had a lab retriever that came down with immune mediated polyarthropathy. Unfortunately, she died suddenly after a joint tap procedure, likely from a pulmonary embolism. The medical bills were over $10,000. dollars after 4 months of specialty vet care and rehab. I wished I had gotten insurance for her early in her life. It wouldn't have eased the intense grief of losing her, but would have helped pay for some of the care. You always hope you never need it, but it's nice to have when you do.

Helped save my dog's life
One year ago my dog got diabetes. She soon lost her vision due to cataracts. Due to my insurance I was able to not only stabilize her diabetic condition but also get her vision-correcting surgery. She's much healthier now, and has good vision. Thx

I Had Received Notification That ...
I had received notification that further information was requested for my claim. When I called to figure out what they needed I was in touch with a rep within minutes, I gave them the updated information needed, and after a short convo my claim was processed. I was very impressed with the overall demeanor of the rep I spoke with and just how fast and easy everything was. As long as I have pets I'm sure I'll be a Pets Best customer!

These Last Claims Were A Result O...
These last claims were a result of a deceased pet. I received many phone calls from the business with offers of help. Though I ended up doing by myself, I was helped by the offer of assistance. Thank you for all your kindness.

Courteous and polite
The Trupanion rep was such a great help to me and explained everything to me about the status of my claims. I can say that everyone that I have spoken too at Trupanion has always be courteous and polite to me. My 3 babies mean the world to me. Thanks again!
