TruPanion Delivers!

Our little Winnie broke her leg while at the kennel and it was truly one of the hardest things to see our dog go through. I called Trupanion and asked what I needed to complete this claim and was directed to what forms and other documents they needed. I was truly impressed with how easy the claims process was and how much communication I got from them every step of the way. Everyone we spoke to was super friendly and extremely helpful. my first claim experience

Wow is all I can say! I am a new Embrace customer,having insured my yorkie Jada and her brother a terrier mix Bogie. Super fast claim experience which I would rate A+++++ I took both my guys in for their annual checkups and my wellness claim was processed and my check was in hand within 10 days. I pray I never need to use the accident and illness policy's, but I have peace of mind that it is there if I need it.

Continuing Care Not Covered after Policy Renewal

I had this insurance for my cat who was diagnosed with cancer last year. It was not curable, but she could have a good quality of life with medicine to manage her symptoms. ASPCA insurance covered her expenses, but when the policy renewed (which happens every year)they would no longer pay any claims for her continuing care.If you were unfortunate to have an accident or illness happen right before the policy renewed, the care would not be covered after that arbitrary date. What a horrible position to put a pet parent in after they have been paying premiums for years. I had otherwise been pleased with ASPCA, but I will not enroll another pet with them after this happened. There are other policies out there with similar premiums who do not do this.

Painless Claims Process

Daisy (our Pembroke Welsh Corgi) has been healthy and happy since the day we got her and she is only 4 years old. I was definitely a fence sitter on if I should even get Pet Insurance but I decided to get it around 9 months ago for Daisy. A few weeks ago without warning Daisy came down with what we discovered was Hemorrhagic Gastroenteritis. She started vomiting and became very lethargic very quickly and had to spend several days in our local 24 hour pet hospital. Daisy definitely gave us a huge scare and thankfully she came through everything and she is back to her happy normal self. The vet bill was definitely a shocker but Healthy Paws covered 90% of Daisy's very large bill (Over $2,700) without question and had us a check in just a few days. I am very thankful for Healthy Paws and i'm now very glad I got off the fence and got pet health insurance and I'm happy I chose Healthy Paws.

Healthy Paws level of customer service is amazing!

I can not say enough about Healthy Paws customer service!!!After years of being EXTREMELY unhappy with our insurance provider, we conducted extensive research and settled on Healthy Paws insurance for our new puppy, Badger, hoping for the best. Unfortunately, Badger was hit by a car and passed away. To our surprise, we received 2 sympathy cards with handwritten notes from the HP staff along with a claim that was settled within hours. We happily purchased HP for our new rescue puppy, who was just diagnosed with a tick borne illness he contracted when he was a stray. Once again, our claim was settled and a check mailed within hours, not weeks. HP provided a very clear, detailed explanation of benefits. We could not be happier and recommend this company to everyone we see with a pet! After several claims with I continue to be blown away by your company...your level of compassion, response time, and coverage.

very nice - and fast reimbursement

I have a 6 month of newfoundland, named Winston! Embrace is a great pet insurance so far! Always were very nice and always had a prompt response per email. We made a wellness claim last friday and let me remind you memorial day was monday, so my claim was processed on tuesday and i recieved my reimbursement back TODAY and its friday! YAY!! my hubby was so happy! I researched for a long time on pet insurance and i am so glad i chose this one! i hope in furture everything goes this smooth!!!

Healthy Paws did not let me down

My 1 year old golden doodle got a hold of a bottle of ibuprofen. Not sure how many he ate but this was a serious emergency. The pet emergency center said he was in kidney failure. After 72 hours on iv fluids, meds and hospitalization he is going to be just fine. The bill was expensive so i was eager to get the claim submitted to Healthy Paws for reimbursement. This was my first claim with Healthy Paws... And i am very impressed! I submitted the claim via app on i phone ( super easy) right there in doctors office, claim was processed very fast and I've already received the reimbursement . I could track process of claim from app which was within 48 hours! During this very stressful time the last thing i needed was to worry about my pets insurance coming through. Healthy Paws rates a 10! They even followed up with a considerate email checking on my pet.

Expeditious service on cocker Biscuit's claim
